They are very cute.
I have designed the same sort of things. My kids having to do reading cards, I designed some of my bookmarks with lines and headings to take the appopriate notes.

These bookmarks are wonderful. Great for birthdays in my guided reading groups to write down vocab. words and reminders on stradegies they can use. Thanks ;0)
